How can I make a hotel reservation?

You can reserve hotel room in four easy and fast steps:
1. Make an initial online search for the dates required.
2. Compare the hotel offers available for these dates and choose the hotel that suits you.
3. Complete the online booking form.
4. Keep a copy of your booking confirmation email.

When have I confirmed the booking?

Your booking is complete when you have filled in all the details on the page for "Customer details and payment" and clicked on "Confirm booking" at bottom right. When the booking is complete, your "Booking confirmation" will be shown, and at any time you can login and look at your current and earlier bookings. Click on "Log in" and use the username and password you have received, together with your email confirmation.

How will I receive confirmation of my hotel reservation?

Once your booking has been made, you will be sent confirmation by email. Please check that all the details agree with what you have booked!

How can I cancel my booking?

• If you do not intend to use your booked hotel room, cancel your reservation as soon as possible here on our homepage. You can also fax in your cancellation to + 371 7228337.
• For individual reservations (up to 10 persons) free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before arrival to the hotel.
 • If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival to the hotel, the 100% of room rate for the first night will be charged.

How can I pay for my booking?

Full payment is required at the time of booking. When making your booking you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. We will send you confirmation by email once payment has been authorized. All prices are stated and charged in Euros.

Is there additional fee for booking?

No, our service is free of charge, as we do not add any additional fees for booking. There is no cancellation fee is booking is canceled after Term & Conditions witch you can read by making a booking.

Security & Privacy

Is it safe to use my credit card?

As the final step of your reservation, you will be asked for your name, address and credit card number. This data is necessary to make a payment. We use  SSL 128 bit encryption to ensure the safety of these data. Your privacy is sacred to us and we will not be using your data for any kind of promotion whatsoever. If you experience any problems with the reservation procedure, it is probably because your browser is too old to support encryption or that you have turned off the execution of Java-scripts.
